  3. Valuations: The Company will provide fair and accurate valuations of the Clients’ businesses based on industry standards and the information provided by the Clients. However, the Company does not guarantee the accuracy of these valuations or the ultimate sale price of the business.
  4. Fees: The Company’s fees for its services will be agreed upon in writing prior to the commencement of any work. These fees may include a retainer, a success fee, or a combination thereof.
  5. Client Responsibilities: Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information about their businesses to the Company in a timely manner. Clients are responsible for any misrepresentations or omissions in the information provided.
  6. Exclusivity: By engaging the Company’s services, Clients agree to work exclusively with the Company for the duration of the engagement, as specified in the written agreement between the parties.
  7. Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice, subject to the terms outlined in the written agreement between the parties.
  8. Limitation of Liability: The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from its services, including but not limited to loss of profits or business opportunities.
